Eastern Oregon Smells Like Horse....

Thursday, June 10, 2010

Boy, oh boy have I learned a lot today!

He really wants to prospect for The Punisher's MC but he needs a bigger bike and maybe some leathers.

Evidently my husband doesn't wear anything under his jacket at work.

My helmet makes my cheeks look really fat.

It was freaking cold today. We had to stop to put on EVERYTHING we had!

My helmet ROCKS! You can't see them in this pic, but I have cool little crystals on it!

Eastern Oregon smells like horse shit!

And a few things pictures won't even help:
  • When you leave at 5 pm, so is everyone else.
  • Isabella seems to like going really fast.
  • I've seen nothing but FREAKS in Hermiston, Or.
  • In the entire state of Oregon there was only ONE Moon Pie to be found.
  • I'd rather pee in flea infested woods than in some of the restrooms we stopped at.
And:
  • Anything less than a 5 star is camping!

Hasta Manana!

Our neighbors next door bought a couple of scooters a few years ago, and took off from there. Now, they have eight bikes for the three of them, some for road, some for city, some for off-road--a whole garage full.

Brad's aunt lives in Hermiston. That still doesn't change your description.

So blogger is really pissing me off! I've lost about 12 more comments! I'm not rejecting you all. Hopefully it's fixed now!

The worst part of all that? Only one MoonPie. I did the horse thing when my girl was younger. Don't miss those days.

Stopping by from LBS Tea Party. This is SUCH a funny post and a great way to start my sleep Saturday morning! My 4 year old just asked me what was so funny!

Your boy on the tiny bicycle reminds me of how I used to ride a toy horse.

I've never been to Oregon but this post didn't sound like a glittering advertisement!

I love the blog title and the idea. I can't wait to read more. Stopped by from the Lady Bloggers Tea Party. Shhh...I also have bipolar. lol...I have yet to really mention it on my blog as I no longer let it define who I am in life. But it's a part of me for sure.

Hey there! Stopping by from TLB Tea Party.

You're helmet does rock. Dontcha just hate having to get all layered up in your gear? It makes me want to bust out of skin. But when you live in Chicago, it's protocol most of the time.

Great blog.

I know nothing about bikes or children, having neither myself. I love the name of your blog and God bless anyone who has eight kids. I'm from the Lady Blogger Tea Party and as someone who also has brain chemistry "issues', I admire your honesty.
