No Words

Most of you know of the baby Anna-Grace.Today was her three year appointment with her cardiologist. When she was 8 months old she was in heart failure and had to have open heart surgery. This was after being born three months early and weighing in at only 2 pounds.
There are no words to describe seeing her at the doctor today so healthy and alive.
you can barely see her scar |
There are no words to describe watching the child that was to die wearing my shoes this afternoon.
There are no words I can write, or speak, that can express my gratitude to the doctors and nurses that saved her life. Thank you just doesn't seem to be enough.

There is one word which comes to mind. WONDERFUL.
I concur. What an amazing miracle baby! And she's such a mini-Diva, look at her in those shoes! <3
So glad that she is ok. You're right sometimes thank you just seems so not enough but in reality it's one of the most powerful things you can say.
I'm glad she is okay. She is so cute! Those are great pics of her. Thanks for sharing her story.
Well said, Teri.
Such a beauty, that little one. :-)

She is gorgeous. The miracle of God's beautiful grace is right there in those sweet brown eyes and adorable curly pigtails. So happy for you and your family.
First of all...she is absolutely beautiful! Second..try Nutella chocolate/hazelnut spread on those graham crackers. And lastly, I am glad that you are one of the ones who actually thank the doctors. I kinda don't think many people realize how much they care and how God is able to guide their hands. Hapy for you
God is GOOD. Even in tough circumstance we don't understand, he is ultimately good. 3 years ago do you think you would be so thankful for peanut butter smudges and graham cracker crumbs? Probably not. I guarantee you are more aware and thankful for each blessing with this beautiful girl now.
Doesn't make the pain or upset better, but it does help shape our lives...let it shape yours in the right way...and by many posts lately, I do believe your heart is as pure as gold my dear!!!
God has shaped you...quite Magnificently!
adorable.
Wow! I am smiling from ear to ear. So happy! And you're right, words can't describe that feeling.
She's such a cutie, your post almost made me cry =)
She is amazing and beautiful
Dangit Diva you made me tear up.. She is beautiful and it is so not fair SHE can walk in those shoes but I could never..
She's gorgeous :)
This made me cry. Thank God she made it through :)
XoXo
As you know, I have my own living breathing 2-lb. miracle. And it never gets old. So happy for you all.
So awesome! She's a winner!
Words are not necessary. Her pretty little face is enough.
Who needs words? She looks adorable in your pictures!
I have to say that your words of having no words touched me-and I heard EVERY one! My oldest and my youngest both had heart defects. I remember those visits well-watching them be childlike and innocent while I clenched my fists and sent prayers while trying to NOT look scared. One thing is sure though-kids that are sick for long periods of time and fight-always are the most empathetic and loving children. God bless-hugs and smiles through tears.. I remember the moment my child's heart doctor said: " I never get to say this but, I never want to see you again, I don't say "miracle"..he continued..but I think this is... <3
No words may express...but you did an awfully good job. She is beautiful and I'm so happy she is alive and well!
You are all gonna make me cry!
So, so, cute. And what a great feeling. Noelle, at Because Nice Matters is pregnant and her baby has a heart condition that will required surgery when she is born. It is heart wrenching to hear and see these stories.
Anna-Grace sure has an awesome grandma.!!!
Sometimes wonderful things happen.
Looking at the first pic of her all worried on the examining table makes all my problems seem small and insignificant.
Kind of strange to click on a blog post with the title "No Words" Ha!
But oh my goodness! you were right, she is just a delight to see, especially when you know her history! The pics just shine with her life and true beauty! Yay for happy endings!!
...And there are no words to tell you how happy I am for you :) xx She is gorgeous.

Wow, she's the cutest most beautiful mini Diva! I hope she will always be alright, though with such a loving grandma, I am sure she will be :)
You brought a tear to my eye, dear Diva.
Thanks for the chance to pause and just reflect on how GOOD life truly is! No words are required - just that beaming smile tells all! W.C.C.
I know what you mean.
What a beautiful baby!!! Is she yours? I've taught special ed for years, and love these little miracle babies. We had so many come through our doors.
Now I'm hoping to open a sensory-motor gym for children of all abilities... soon, soon! I've only just left my kindergarten job and already I miss it!!
